We accept returns only for products that arrive damaged or where the wrong item was sent to you. To be eligible, the product must be unopened and unused.

How to Report a Damaged or Wrong Item
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you've received a damaged product or the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at reach@prakruth.care with your order number and a photo of the issue.

Replacement, Not Refund
We do not offer refunds. Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will dispatch a replacement of the correct or undamaged product to you at the earliest.
